Order Information
- Before placing an order, customers must complete the registration form.
- The shipping address may be different from the billing address.
- Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent.
- When the order is ready for despatch and payment has been processed, shipment details will be sent by email.
- SHO Fine Jewellery will endeavour to fulfil orders within 7 working days. If pieces are out of stock, customers can be added to a waiting list and SHO Fine Jewellery will notify customers when the items are back in stock.
- SHO Fine Jewellery reserve the right to vary the prices on the website from time to time and the price displayed at the time of order is the price that shall apply.
