Returns Policy
Right for you to cancel your contract
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing. You can email us at returns@shojewellery.com. Or you can write to us at the Returns address at the bottom of the page.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then (except for earrings which you do not have a right to cancel) you must take reasonable care of the goods and send the goods back to us at SHO Fine Jewellery at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at the above address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
We strongly recommend that you return the goods using an insured delivery service as we cannot accept any liability for any goods that are lost or damaged during their return. Use of the returns reference number which we will provide to you on receipt of your notice to cancel your contract will speed up our ability to make the necessary refund to you.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
International Customers
Please contact us by telephone on +44 (0) 207 436 6443 10am—6pm Monday to Friday GMT, or via email at info@shojewellery.com to return your item. All items must be returned within seven days of receiving your Returns Reference Number. You will be responsible for arranging for the return of the item(s) and all costs incurred. We are not responsible for any item(s) that fail to reach us and for that reason we strongly recommend using Fedex or UPS. You must ensure that all paperwork and customs declarations clearly mark the items as ‘Returns’. Please use our returns address at the end of the page.
Faulty Items
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We are only able to exchange faulty items for the same item subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please advise us when requesting a Returns Reference Number. Where possible items may be repaired but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
