Can I buy Sarah Ho Jewellery online?

We do not sell online from our website. Pieces from the Fine Jewellery and High Jewellery Collections can be viewed and purchased in the showrooms, or virtually by video call or WhatsApp.

Can I buy from abroad?

Absolutely. We ship worldwide and use trusted couriers based on the value of the shipment and the destination.

Can you gift wrap my purchase?

Of course. Our jewellery is beautifully packaged but please let us know if you require something extra special.

I'm not sure what stones are in my jewellery - can you still revamp them?

Please make an appointment with a member of the sales team. They will be able to offer preliminary advice and give a general evaluation of your stones prior to shipping them to us or making an in-person appointment to discuss your vision.

I don't know which style engagement ring to get - what if my fiancée doesn't like it?

The exciting process of choosing an engagement ring can be daunting - but we are here to offer expert advice and suggestions at every step. And if you really aren't sure - we can help with alternatives like a promise ring, then welcome you and your fiancée back to the boutique to choose together after the proposal.
